Job Description:
A company is looking for a Phone Manager to oversee customer
service representatives and enhance the Online Programs
department.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Phone Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and manage
hiring processes
Maintain transparent communication and develop reference materials,
including SOPs
Provide performance feedback and collaborate with management on
employee progression
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' management experience
2 years' call center management experience preferred
2 years' experience in the insurance industry preferred
Ability to obtain/maintain Property & Casualty Insurance
License
Experienced and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
