Job Summary
The Entrepreneurial Community Program Manager works with many
levels of leadership staff and students to manage program efforts
based on industry best practices; works as the single point of
contact for facilitation and communication of program goals,
deliverables, and schedules,; contributes to the development and
growth of startups and technology-focused initiatives; must be an
excellent communicator; various levels of documentation will be
produced at each stage of the program and the program manager is
often the person who creates these with input from others.

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Facilitate the creation of program definitions. assist in
identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with
sponsors, mentors, corporations, and community-based organizations
that support entrepreneurial growth
Job Duty 2 -
Lead short-term, tactical programs of diverse types and support the
planning and execution of entrepreneurial programs, including
incubation and acceleration initiatives
Job Duty 3 -
Promote and follow the objectives, priorities, goals of programs
through best practices and industry-standard methodologies
including building and managing an online community of students
interested in entrepreneurship
Job Duty 4 -
Interact regularly with program sponsors and stakeholders and
engage the community of founders, which includes both active
students and alumni
Job Duty 5 -
Facilitate or contribute to team or programmatic meetings to
communicate program timelines, milestones, and updates
Job Duty 6 -
May participate in and provide information for the strategic
planning process at the unit or department level
Job Duty 7 -
Create program artifacts, agendas, presentations, and collaborate
with marketing and support teams to engage in campus and external
community initiatives
Job Duty 8 -
May provide training, guidance, and direction to other staff,
especially as it pertains to the use of tools for effective program
management
Job Duty 9 -
Perform other job-related duties assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
Required Experience
Two or more years of job-related experience

o Project Management Professional - (PMP)
o Certified Associate in Project Management - (CAPM)

Other Information
The incumbent for this position will need to attend late
afternoon/evening and at times, weekend events since we are student
facing. Flex hours is possible to accommodate that, but the
