Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Vendor Management.
Key Responsibilities
Builds and maintains relationships with call center vendors and
oversees workflow
Negotiates contracts and monitors vendor performance against KPIs
and SLAs
Identifies process improvements and conducts regular audits for
quality assurance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of vendor management experience, preferably in
telecommunications or call center operations
Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proactive and able to take initiative in managing tasks
Experience in the fiber or telecom industry preferred
Competent in using Microsoft Office and managing multiple
priorities
