The Role: We're seeking a Senior Manager (8-10+ years' experience) or Director (10-12+ years' experience) to lead client-focused accounting and advisory projects. You'll work with clients across industries like Construction, Real Estate, Medical, Manufacturing, or Distribution, providing services such as: Managing projects such as weekly, monthly, and year-end close processes, management reporting, and reconciliations. Designing and implementing systems for clients. Advising clients on cash flow, financial projections, and strategic decisions. Providing fractional Controller or CFO services to clients. Reviewing payroll, benefits, and tax compliance processes. Mentoring and managing a diverse team of professionals across projects. Troubleshooting client challenges and delivering innovative solutions. What You Bring: Degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred. Proficiency with QuickBooks and financial software. Client-focused, consultative mindset with strong communication skills. Hands-on experience in payroll, tax compliance, and accounting systems.
