Job Description:
A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee
technology initiatives and enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across
multiple software development teams
Facilitate key team ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint
planning, and retrospectives
Provide weekly status updates to leadership and manage cross-team
dependencies
Required Qualifications
Strong background in Agile methodologies and software development
lifecycle management
Experience in managing work within project tracking tools like
Jira
Proven ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement
Experience in stakeholder communication and reporting
Ability to track and report on key performance indicators
(KPIs)
