Reporting to the North America Commercial VP, you will expand sales volume and profitability through strategic sales management of a strong team of District Sales Managers.Job Responsibilities

• Lead sales and drive revenue for the business
• Serve as a coach to the sales team - establish a winning and collaborative culture
• Measure and report on KPIs for your team
• Use technology to implement processes & tools to inform sales decisions and create revenue opportunities
• Optimize the time and efficiency of the team
• Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
• Manage 8-10 direct reports covering multiple states
• Ensure alignment of projects, initiatives, and processes with Leviat strategic objectives
• Accountable for achieving annual revenue targetsJob Requirements
• 10+ years in sales/account management in building materials, construction, industrials or related
• Demonstrated successful history of building and managing top performing sales teams
• Bachelor's Degree in business/engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales management experience
