Sales - New Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in
identifying and securing new opportunities in the Retail, QSR and
CPG sectors. This position is focused on strategic growth, lead
generation, and expanding Tosca's market presence. You'll partner
cross functionally, align with customer needs, and deliver
innovative solutions that drive real value.Job
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Team: Build, mentor, and lead a
high-performing sales team that is motivated to achieve and exceed
sales targets. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and
collaboration to drive performance and results.
- Drive New Business Growth: Take ownership of Tosca's emerging
business in the Retail, QSR, and CPG markets by identifying and
closing strategic opportunities.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to the creation and execution
of a New Business Sales Strategy to achieve aggressive growth
targets.
- Customer Partnership: Collaborate with clients to understand
their supply chain needs, offering tailored solutions that drive
efficiency and sustainability.
- Innovate and Deliver Value: Recommend cutting-edge solutions,
highlight Tosca's unique value proposition, and overcome barriers
to entry.
- Market Expertise: Analyze trends, competitive activity, and
economic indicators to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across
finance, operations, marketing, and customer experience to ensure
alignment and execution of initiatives.
- Forecasting & Performance: Develop forecasts, analyze results,
and provide insights to align team performance with budget
targets.Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Proven success in building, leading, and
developing sales teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 8+ years in sales leadership roles
within retail, perishables, or consumer packaged goods supply
chains.
- Strategic Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to prospect, close
deals, and develop strategic accounts while scaling team
efforts.
- Analytical Ability: Strong proficiency in supply chain cost
modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration Skills: Exceptional ability to work
cross-functionally and influence at all levels of an
organization.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel may be required.Work ScheduleLocation:
