Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director/Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives
Enhance financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Oversee financial reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in high-growth technology or healthcare companies
Proven track record in strategic financial planning and operational finance
Deep expertise in financial modeling and KPI-driven decision-making
Strong knowledge of unit economics and SaaS or subscription-based revenue models is a plus
