This role is equivalent to a Senior Managing Director
About the Role:
The Senior Business Development Director, Global Occupier Accounts,
will lead the newly established Financial & Professional Services
(F&PS) sector Named Accounts team. In partnership with GWS
Enterprise, Sector and Advisory leadership, this individual will be
responsible for implementing the sales and growth strategy
utilizing the Occupier Solutions organization capabilities. The
Senior Business Development Director will develop and lead business
development initiatives and be accountable for the deliverables and
outcomes.
This role will be responsible for win, keep and grow activities and
will lead interactions in a client-facing role in large, regional,
and global pursuits, renewals and expansions.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Business Development
Director position is $280,000 annually and the maximum salary for
the Senior Business Development Director position is $320,000
annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will
depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful
candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on
CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the
following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance,
Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
