About The Role:
CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of
Multifamily Portfolio Strategy to lead our portfolio initiatives
within the multifamily capital markets division. This role requires
a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and
exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for synthesizing information related to clients'
multifamily portfolios, applying current market trends to develop
strategic insight on their holdings, and developing actionable
acquisition, disposition, and financing strategies to enhance our
multifamily portfolio advisory practice. Additionally, this
position will play a critical role in managing internal
collaboration across multiple local market brokerage teams,
ensuring the delivery of high-quality, uniform content to our
clients, and refining our financial modeling processes and
output.
