growing, and we're searching for a Manager of Software Development
Engineering (DevOps) to join our team. In this role, you'll bring
together and mentor a team of talented engineers with various
backgrounds and skills. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering
to maintain and expand our leading contract management solutions.

delivering outstanding AI at scale.What you'll do:

problem solver first and foremost - they should enjoy solving
challenging problems and guiding their counterparts and teammates
about how to leverage their solutions.Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure and/or
Software engineering
- 1+ years of experience in management roles or project
leadershipOther Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in building and operating SaaS products in
cloud environments (AWS and Python ecosystem preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices
(devops, automated testing, observability, etc)
- Consistent track record of building tooling, automation, and/or
services in one or multiple languages (e.g., Go, Python, Bash or
Typescript)
- Experience debugging and optimizing systems and code
- Ability to architect, analyze, and support complex distributed
systems
- Automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized
applications with Docker or Kubernetes
- Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in
fast-paced, agile environments
- Highly effective communicator with both technical and
non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with legal professionals
- Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse
team
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into
clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and
researchWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base
salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations
are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be
eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific
commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

USD - $230,400 USD Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range:
$145,900 USD - $259,200 USD If performed in Colorado, the pay range
