Job Description:

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager to join their team in the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities

Drive reporting, analytics, and key business performance metrics to improve decision-making
Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to refine business processes
Analyze large datasets to uncover insights that drive operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence strategic decisions
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Experience with Salesforce Analytics, AWS, Snowflake, or Five9 is a plus
A background in financial services is preferred
