Our award-winning team has managed thousands of projects across all sectors-hospitals, airports, and entire university campuses; infrastructure like mass transit and water-treatment facilities; and energy and resource assignments, from mines to wind farms.Your OpportunityWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Technology Support Consultant to join our dynamic and growing Programs and Construction Management (PMCM) team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with Controls Specialists and Controls Managers to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets by developing dashboards and reports to help inform business decisions. In this role, you will also work closely with Controls Leadership to develop and implement standards for technology usage within the group and linking component subsystems to work together as a coherent unit for program management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate useful business reports.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning processes.
  • Collaborate with the Controls team and other teams to resolve data-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Design, implement, and integrate technology solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff on development of reports.
  • Assist with Business Process development regarding data gathering and analysis.QualificationsYour Capabilities and Credentials
    • Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
    • Ability to work with large complex data models.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI is strongly preferred, but similar alternatives may be considered).
    • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage time, organize, and set priorities and make timely decisions.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with large public sector programs in water or transportation.
      • Prior work in project controls.
      • Experience with API calls and management (e.g., REST).
      • Experience with Middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, Power Automate).
      • Previous leadership and management of teams.Education and Experience
        • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering).
        • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role.
        • Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration) is preferred.
        • Strong Power BI (or similar) experience is required.

          • $108,000 - $162,000 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO, HI, MD and IL.The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
