Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Analyst I to provide operational and analytical support.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze agency and third-party fees eligible for charge back to customers
Support business initiatives through various forms of analysis and reporting
Drive business process improvement and coordinate user acceptance testing for technology applications

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
Associate's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
2 years of related experience
