A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to support their objectives throughout the
customer journey
Assist customers by answering incoming requests and resolving
inquiries via various communication channels
Collaborate with Territory Managers to develop long-term business
relationships and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or a bachelor's degree
in an animal health field is preferred
Two or more years of customer service experience in a call center
environment and/or sales background
General experience in the animal health industry is preferred
Comfortable working in a virtual environment and with
technology
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
