Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to
support new and existing clients in the System Certification
area.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to internal sales teams in developing proposals and
quotations
Assist with contract renewal quotes and manage job numbers for ISO
audits
Liaise with the certification review team and manage client
inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Willingness to learn and adapt
Experience with SAP or Salesforce is desirable
