Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver information about the company's offerings
Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain professional patient
support
Handle patient complaints and assist doctors with various
requests
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google
Docs
Experience with tools like Slack, JustCall, Intercom, and Google
Suite is a plus
Must have a consistent and reliable internet connection
Previous remote customer service experience is a plus
Strong ability to manage time and work priorities with minimal
direction
