Job Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. System Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is focused on the design, construction, testing, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT, coupled with substantial knowledge of industry and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve level 1 problems on network infrastructure hardware using standard tools
  
• Serve as an escalation point for level 1 problem or incident management
  
• Analyze performance issues and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, reliability, and usability
  
• Act as a liaison between the customer, suppliers, and other technical groups to resolve problems
  
• Perform high-level analysis of complex network system integrations
  
• Lead teams to provide advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support
  
• Design, configure, develop, integrate, and implement network solutions
  
  Required Professional Experience and Skills:
  
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
    
  • Ability to install, customize, maintain, test, and troubleshoot operating systems and other systems software
    
  • Proficiency in performing root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions and prevent recurring problems
    
  • Experience in creating and maintaining system documentation for Active Directory (AD) and AWSAD technologies, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting steps
