Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Insurance Adjuster to
join their claims team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations into bodily injury claims,
including reviewing police reports, medical records, and witness
statements
Determine fault by analyzing accident details, applicable laws, and
policy coverage
Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and medical
providers to ensure fair and timely resolutions
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in bodily injury claims
adjusting
Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office
Suite
Proven ability to negotiate fair settlements while maintaining cost
efficiency
Ability to interpret medical reports, legal documents, and policy
language effectively
