at Visa.Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for a
broad range of executive administrative and support duties for a
senior member of Visa People Team. The successful candidate must
possess the ability to stay several steps ahead and anticipating
the needs of an extremely busy executive. We are looking for
someone who takes great pride in being an Executive Assistant and
who will serve as an ambassador for Visa and the People
team.Essential Functions
- Perform administrative support duties, including but not
limited to drafting correspondence, preparing meeting materials and
other documentation as requested
- Manage scheduling of staff and individual meetings,
teleconferences, team off-sites, and other events
- Expertly manage travel bookings, both international and
domestic and submission of expense reports through expense
systems
- Event planning including facilities coordination, catering,
offsite venue research and booking, managing RSVPs
- Expertly prepare documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
- Assist in onboarding new staff
- Track and send reminders for training, events and compliance
tasks
- Attend and capture notes and actions in meetings
- Find and organize training, both group and individual
- Management of shared team information and resources on intranet
and or portals
- Other administrative duties as may be assigned from time to
timeThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time
between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are
expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week determined by
leadership site with a general guidepost of being in the office 50%
or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic
Qualifications
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work
experiencePreferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience
- Demonstrates excellent leadership and professional presence
with a confident and approachable personality
- Possesses strong communication skills, written and verbal, with
the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a
diverse range of people and job functions
- Demonstrated strength in multi-tasking and prioritizing work.
Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to organize and prioritize across competing
priorities
- Highly advanced MS Office skills and technologically savvy in
Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint Additional experience with
expense and procurement systems would be ideal
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with little or no
supervision.
- Ability to effectively and successfully respond to problem
situations
- Highly proficient in organizing worldwide travelAdditional
InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the
department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10%
of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be
performed in an office setting. The position will require the
incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by
telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as

salary range for a new hire into this position is 53,500.00 to
73,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive
payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related
factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and
location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and
