As a Client Solutions Specialist- Legal Sales, you'll play a key
role in helping families navigate important decisions. You'll
educate potential clients, build trusting relationships, and
convert initial consultations into lasting partnerships.
The primary responsibilities are:
Meet with potential new clients, earn their trust, educate them and
successfully convert to client. Additionally, complete needed
documentation and notes, maintenance of information in CRM system,
and to nurture relationships with clients, and the potential new
clients that do not convert at Initial consult.
We are interested in candidates with 2 years of experience in--(B2C
Required)--sales of products or services, (luxury or high-end
products and services).
This person is required to have a successful track record using a
consultative sales approach without hard sales mentality. In this
position, you will be responsible for conveying the importance of
estate planning and probate services to potential clients,
encouraging them to take action to enhance their lives!
The ability to collaborate effectively with our team is crucial,
requiring passion and the skill to tailor solutions to meet
clients' unique needs and objectives.
Please note that this is an individual contributor role working
closely with a team. No management responsibilities included.--
Please be informed that this position does not support remote work
and follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to
4:30 pm. Applicants should reside within a 30-minute commute of
Marietta, GA.

Responsibilities:
--- Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients and
referral sources for the purpose of describing how our legal
services can help them. These may be done in person, by phone, or
by Zoom.
--- Maintaining contact with people considering elder law services
to keep the door open for them to walk through when they are
ready.
--- Assuring potential clients that the Firm is able to help them,
showing compassion, and explaining how we can improve their
lives.
--- Working with other marketing professionals within the Firm to
improve the marketing and sales funnel, improving the quality and
volume of leads, and offering constructive feedback and suggestions
for improvement based on "front lines" experience.
--- Recommending improvements and deploying systems that run the
sales process efficiently and profitably.
--- Keep meticulous and comprehensive notes and client information
within the CRM.
--- Acting as the primary point of contact with new clients through
the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
--- 2+ years' experience in sales of products or services, luxury
or high-end products and services are preferred. (B2C Required)
--- Proven track record using a consultative sales approach is
required.
--- Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's
degree in business, psychology, or communication is preferred.
--- Strong capability and experience in consultative solutions
selling.
--- Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required.
--- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. (Strong in
Excel).
--- Knowledge of the legal industry is helpful, but not
required.
