Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Strategy and Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Define potential novel AI Algorithms, including applicable
populations and validation designs
Develop an understanding of the clinical and competitive landscape
to inform diagnostic test strategies
Collaborate with various teams to identify risks and improve
operational processes for launching new tests
Required Qualifications
Degree in Bioinformatics, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology,
Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or a related field
5+ years of experience with clinical diagnostics, preferably in
oncology
Ability to integrate scientific knowledge with operational
execution
Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills in developing ideas into
successful projects
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and presenting
insights to diverse audiences
