Key Responsibilities
Motivate and inspire an Enterprise Sales team to exceed sales
targets
Collaboratively contribute to sales management and strategies
across all segments
Optimize sales motions in the Enterprise space using data-driven
insights
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in
MarTech
5+ years of experience leading a team of sales professionals
Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and
objectives
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff
Experience managing both direct and indirect employees in a matrix
organization
