Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to assist and advise
employees on benefit programs and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement benefits strategy in collaboration with HR
leadership
Oversee benefit administration and manage vendor relationships for
accurate service delivery
Lead communication efforts for benefits opportunities and
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
Minimum of five years of experience in benefit administration
Broad knowledge of employer benefit programs
Demonstrated project management abilities
Experience in coaching and mentoring others
