Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Applications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a remote team of four, focusing on ticket volume related to
training, release management, and functionality
Review the current build of the Qualifacts platform, identifying
inefficiencies and rolling out updates and new modules
Act as both a player (20%) and coach (80%) in team operations
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a team of three or more
Hands-on experience with Qualifacts, specifically CareLogic and
OnCall
Familiarity with handling tickets related to functionality and
release management
Experience in training team members on platform usage
Ability to travel to Nashville or other locations for team meetings
as necessary
