We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to be part of our leadership team as the Director of Service Operations.Job Description:As the Director of Service Operations, you will lead six (6) dynamic service teams across the Southeast while making meaningful connections with our customers in the pursuit of providing an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for building and leading teams that effectively schedule service appointments, provide repairs and maintenance while maximizing workflow. This position will oversee multiple locations to include in-house services, road service, and light manufacturing.This unique opportunity will allow you to join a strong leadership team within a privately owned company that encourages creative thinking. • Leading service teams at six (6) separate locations across the Southeast
• Implementation and coaching of Service Manager(s) through development plans
• Building key customer relationships
• Responsible for growing profits and effectively managing costs
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Scheduling travel as required. Estimated travel would be 1 week per month minimum.
• Hiring for various positions within your team.
• Monitoring managers daily productivity and professional conduct
• Maintaining shop tools and building equipment
• Participate in developing business plans for each branch
• KPI Creation and leading the service teams' successQualifications:
• Minimum 5 years' combined service management experience
• Three (3) years' senior management experience
• Fleet Management experience would be considered an asset
• Experience with using ERP software, CDK preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to mentor others
• Ability to develop professional relationships with both customers and team members
• Advanced computer skills
• Optimistic and collaborative attitude
• Basic knowledge of OSHA lawsThe preferred applicant would be based out of Atlanta, GA 30336, with an office at our facility, along with reliable transportation.
