Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Lead to manage
customer relationships and drive engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex customer engagements, ensuring a proactive
experience for large accounts
Develop and execute customer engagement strategies aligned with
team objectives
Coordinate and resolve customer issues, collaborating with various
teams to ensure effective solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8 years of experience in
program management or related areas, or equivalent experience
3+ years of direct customer experience in a customer-facing
role
Proven track record in managing complex customer relationships and
transforming customer journeys
Experience in strategic planning and operational efficiency
Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience is preferred
