your career.Job DescriptionProduct Managers at U.S. Bank are
customer obsessed in driving product planning, visioning,
development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our
human plus digital product strategy. This role pulls from market
and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business
priorities to create the product vision, aligning this strategic
vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product roadmap,
investment areas, and success measures.In their role as a Product
Manager, this individual will be responsible for direct ownership
of an offshore business line led team to deliver on priority work
within their core team. This includes:
- Serve as the strategic liaison between the Journey & Offshore
Delivery teams and the Digital organization, Product teams, Growth
Studio, and other product teams across the Consumer Segment.
- Facilitate connection between business line and stakeholder
teams, both within and outside of the offshore team.
- Coordinate roadmaps and backlog for their team.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the different
customer-facing employee groups and sales leadership
priorities.
- Define success for launch readiness for new features and engage
with enabling functions (e.g. - marketing, go-to-market, change
management, branch, phone, and digital enablement).
- Ensure alignment to business objectives, manage prioritization
of reporting needs, and provide regular updates on progress against
goals.
- Engage in Capital Investment preparation on behalf of their
team.
- Resource management: Ensure alignment of the work to the
capacity of the teams and manage tradeoffs.
- Coordinate with leaders of all disciplines to ensure the right
skills are aligned to the work that has been prioritized.
- Align office hours to meet the demands of both the offshore
delivery team and onshore stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:PRODUCT
PROFITABILITY
- Product P&L enablement: Drives product profitability and
performance, managing short- and long-term outcomes of product
portfolio including connection to roadmap, Objectives and Key
Results, and strategic investments.PRODUCT STRATEGY, VISION, AND
PLANNING
- Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and
internal business priorities to create the product vision (target
customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and
value propositions).
- Aligns this strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders
to shape product roadmap, investment areas, and success
measures.
- Has technical know-how, understands the product technical
architecture, and the economics of technical investments.PRODUCT
DEVELOPMENT
- Drives product development and actively engages
cross-functional stakeholders to enable faster speed to market and
maximize return on spend in decision making for the product
roadmap.
- Prioritizes resources across developing new products and
reimagining existing products.CHANNEL ALIGNMENT AND MANAGEMENT
- Manages across channels to define and deliver product
performance goals (e.g., revenue, customer experience, etc.).
- Gathers competitive, customer, market, and internal business
priorities to design, develop, and continually optimize digital
solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and growth.
- Leverages enterprise platforms and capabilities to improve
speed to market and drive both development and ongoing support cost
efficiencies.ADOPTION
- Prove out product-market fit by finding raving fans,
co-creating solutions, driving product demand, activation, and
engagement.CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH, INSIGHT AND EXECUTION
- Identifies initial and ongoing product-market fit by
communicating and incorporating customer/user needs, competitive
landscape, business objectives, and the bank's strategic
advantage.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of target customer through
internal/external research.GO TO MARKET AND SALES ALL CHANNELS
- Engages with enabling functions to position and promote
supported and planned products to achieve business
goals.PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT AND OPTIMIZATION
- Develops, analyses, monitors, and reports on performance
metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends
and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Influences and drives alignment across functions, channels, and
lines of business to set product strategy, manage performance, and
optimize execution.MARKETING AND ANALYTICS
- With marketing, defines and influences multi-channel marketing
strategy, budget, and key performance indicators to drive

Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00 - $172,590.00.
