Title and Summary
Director, Product Management
Overview Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring,
engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk,
enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments
experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise,
data-driven insights, and execution.
The AI Fraud Solutions team is looking for a Director, Product
Development to support the product strategy and execution, from
conception to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will be adept
at identifying market needs, translating them into product
requirements, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure
successful product delivery. They will also be responsible for
managing the financial aspects of the product, including budgeting,
forecasting, and pricing. In addition, the candidate will play a
critical role in pre-sales support, customer engagement, and
product health analysis to ensure continued product success and
alignment with company strategy.

assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful
candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on
location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may
be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the
