Managing Director, OCFO - Corporate Finance & RestructuringWe
focus on our clients' strategic, operational, financial and capital
needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and
transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private
equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other
stakeholders.What You'll Do
- Support Senior Managing Directors in continuing to build and
grow the practice.
- Develop knowledge management, including tools, methodologies,
reports, models, work plans, checklists and processes.
- Perform high quality client work and develop client
relationships for CFO advisory service assignments, including
taking a proactive approach and anticipating client needs.
- Assist with practice development and marketing, including
developing materials, surveys, events and case studies.
- Participate in writing thought leadership pieces relevant to
CFOs and the OCFO practice.Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a business related major or
economics.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience working in financial
management consulting or a mix of corporate finance and accounting
and consulting roles.
- Job requires travel to clients and to the FTI office.Preferred
Skills:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, Financial
Planning & Analysis (FP&A) certification or MBA is preferred
but not required.
- Experience with business intelligence or data analytics tools
is preferred but not required.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and strong ability to develop
financial models with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to
gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives.
- Qualified candidates will view themselves as having superior
leadership and technical skills, excellent project management and
communication skills, as well as a sense of urgency and drive to
help FTI service its clients.

strong reputation as a reliable consultant with a CFO advisory
background, and an ability to meet clients' needs with great
