Remote Conditional Payment Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Conditional Payment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate new referrals and clarify information with relevant parties
Follow up with Medicare contractors to track claim statuses and respond to inquiries
Document system notes and assist team members as directed by management

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years of administrative clerical experience
Strong knowledge of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Experience with Medicare is a plus
