A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Paid Social Performance
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the paid social performance budget for the Sexual Health
product category, ensuring adherence to CPA and ROAS targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business
opportunities and develop testing strategies
Analyze data to improve marketing metrics and coach junior team
members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field
12+ years of professional experience in e-commerce marketing with
budget ownership
Experience managing a performance budget in the 10-figures
Deep understanding of marketing measurement
Prior public company experience is required
