You will also actively lead and mentor our consultant and analyst resources.Typical responsibilities include:

• Develop overall project plans and lead all parts of the client engagement
• Manage project support resources and coordinate with subject matter experts from within and outside the firm
• Develop creative client strategies and recommendations
• Present updates and recommendations to client executives
• Build consensus among client stakeholders
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients
• Support in developing internal strategies, intellectual capital, and deliverablesThe types of projects you'll work on:
• Strategic sourcing (both within companies and across private equity portfolios)
• Procurement process reengineering
• Spend analysis and savings opportunity diagnostic
• Make vs. buy decision analysis
• Benchmarking and best practices implementationHere's what you need:
• 10+ years relevant professional experience (procurement and strategic sourcing)
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to manage resources performing complex analytics to develop client decision support data
• Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and/or initiatives simultaneously
• An interest and passion for supporting the development of junior team members
• You have management consulting experience with a well-regarded firm
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives
• You have the proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• You excel in building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs, and demonstrating leadership
• You have earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
• Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
