Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, SEC Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction for the SEC and External Reporting
team, ensuring compliance with corporate financial objectives
Develop and enhance reporting capabilities and processes for
external SEC filings
Liaise with external auditors and facilitate the audit process
related to financial statements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SEC reporting and financial
reporting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven hands-on experience with Workiva and other financial
reporting tools
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP/SEC and international
accounting standards
Experience in regulated business, financial services, or technology
industries is preferred
