A company is looking for a Quality Control /Quality Assurance
Admin II.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor incoming calls and other work types to assess service
quality
Conduct call monitoring sessions and provide feedback on
performance standards
Evaluate recorded interactions and provide context on ratings
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience
Preferred experience in DC Medicaid or Health Benefit Exchange
3 years of Quality Assurance experience preferred
3 years of Call Center experience preferred
3 years of analytical and reporting experience preferred
