Remote Accountant Team Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Accountant - Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the month-end close process, including review and preparation of journal entries and adjustments
Oversee the accuracy of the general ledger and ensure compliance with IFRS
Perform account reconciliations and collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, focusing on general accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP accounting principles
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel skills; SAP experience preferred
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
