Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Program Manager,
Go-To-Market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-customer investment fund (ECIF) program to enhance
customer experience and drive adoption
Evaluate program performance using metrics and insights, and
implement improvements based on findings
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of
program requirements and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related
field AND 6+ years of program management experience
4+ years of experience in collecting and evaluating performance
metrics (OKRs and KPIs)
4+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and
influencing stakeholders
3+ years of experience in defining and executing communication
plans
