Summary: The Sr. Sales Specialist will drive the sales enablement
strategy across the ABM Franchise Group. In this role, you will
assist in developing the skill set of our Franchisees Sales Staff
in two primary functions, these include: Sales Training and Sales
Advocacy. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales
training, sales processes, sales tool adoption, event management,
and reporting an increase of engagement, sales productivity, and
team member retention. Essential Functions:
