What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary contact
for our customers and the key support for our outside sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer relationships - Serve as the consistent point
of contact for assigned accounts.
* Supporting sales efforts - Work closely with the outside sales
team to develop new business opportunities.
* Preparing material quotes - Collect and analyze data to create
competitive customer proposals.
* Processing sales orders - Oversee order entry, bills of
materials, and project documentation.
* Coordinating with internal teams - Ensure smooth order
fulfillment by working across departments.
* Monitoring deliveries - Maintain schedules and communicate
special customer requirements.
* Maintaining records & reports - Keep detailed customer files and
prepare sales performance reports.
* Problem-solving & resolution - Address customer issues and
collaborate internally for quick solutions.
* Occasional travel - Visit customer sites for meetings, training,
or events as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer service or inside sales
(electronics industry preferred).
Education: Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret business
documents and write professional reports.
Math Proficiency: Comfortable with percentages, discounts, and
basic algebra.
Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker who can adapt to unique
customer situations.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems,
and database management.
Valid Driver's License: Required for occasional business
travel.
