Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to empower
institutional sales teams with training and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop structured onboarding and ongoing training programs for
sales reps and relationship managers
Create comprehensive playbooks and resources covering best
practices for client engagement and conversion techniques
Collaborate with sales leadership and other teams to optimize sales
resources and track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years in sales enablement, sales, or client success roles within
an institutional crypto or fintech environment
Strong project management, training, and presentation skills
focused on enhancing sales delivery
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytic
tools
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and institutional client
engagement
Experience with dashboard creation is a plus
