Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

- Assembly, disassembly and maintenance of PET molds and hotrunner systems.

- Start-ups of new molds and conversions at customer sites.

- On-site technical clarification for new mold projects.

- Troubleshooting and process optimization to ensure target cycle times and preform quality.

- Preform prototyping and testing on injection molding machines.

- Technical customer support and consultation.

- Cross-functional collaboration with R&D and Engineering departments.

- Supervising stock and other workshop duties at our local workshop in Peachtree City.

Your Profile

- Strong willingness to learn and grow in an interesting field.

- Experience in the metalworking industry and/or plastic injection molding industry would be helpful.

- Mechanical degree is a plus.

- Experience in plastic injection molding or related metalworking fields is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

- Good written and spoken English skills required; Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of personal initiative.

- Ability to work with the metric system and read blueprints.

- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (70-95%), including occasional weekend work.
