**Job Title:** Oracle OTM/GTM Functional Consultant
**Location:** Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 3 days/week on-site)
**Duration:** Full-Time, Contract, or Contract-to-Hire

**Job Summary:**
Provide expert consultancy in Logistics and Trade Management/Compliance within Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Fusion ERP. Partner with business and IT teams to optimize processes, implement new functionality, and support global deployment of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM). Offer day-to-day support, training, and troubleshooting for users and integrations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather business requirements and integrate Logistics & Trade processes into Oracle ERP.
- Design, configure, prototype, and test OTM/GTM solutions for inbound/outbound freight across multiple modes.
- Develop OTM/GTM reports and queries.
- Support Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
- Collaborate on integrations with ERP, 3PLs, and EDI systems.
- Document processes, plan data loads, and provide user training.
- Troubleshoot issues and enhance system effectiveness.

**Requirements:**
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
- 6+ years of ERP or major systems experience.
- Expertise in OTM, GTM, and Oracle WMS; proficiency in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with business process design and project tools (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
