Answering client questions on accounts, portfolios, and records. Our client and customer services and sales support teams across the firm embody a can-do attitude with a special talent for troubleshooting and problem-solving. SIE, Series 7, 63, and/or 66 may be required (must be obtained within three months of employment).DIVISIONS AND JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Wealth Management Professional: Works directly with clients to provide exceptional client service, operational support, and risk management. They serve as a primary point of contact for clients and are responsible for the operational management and oversight of the client experience. Responsibilities include managing the onboarding of client relationships, ensuring investment objectives are met, managing fraud risk, trade execution, liquidity management, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Client Analyst: Provides relationship management/support to clients and advisors by focusing on client service and team operations. Client Analysts play an integral role in tracking the pipeline of business growth opportunities and are the main point of contact with clients in managing the onboarding process and the ongoing operational client experience.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
    • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interest in client service.
    • Commercially savvy with the ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information.
    • SIE, Series 7, 63, and/or 66 may be required, and if so must be obtained within three months of employment.Salary RangeThe expected base salary for this position is $50,000-$75,000.
