Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Kennesaw, GA>

As a(n) you will:

IT business analysts will be expected to provide a broad range of technical support for project work in the Private Bank Fiduciary Tax, Trust IRA, Philanthropic and Specialty Asset Management space.
Individuals will be responsible for understanding the business requirements and acting as a key conduct between the business, operations, technical partners along with project management to ensure all deliveries have been met and delivery according to the agreed upon timeline and milestones.
Responsibilities will include collaborating with internal and external development teams on analysis and design.
As project shifts from analysis and design to development and testing, the individual will support coordination of system and user acceptance testing and production validation and release.
Individuals will need to absorb Client policy and standards to ensure compliance with any vendor platform adheres to Client application governance standards.
Position will also be asked to support RISE deliverables, problem/incident handling, analysis, and resolution.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability working with business, operations, and technology both internal and external vendor(s) to independently analyze, troubleshoot and remediate problems/incidents.
Must be able to multi-task and support time-sensitive deadline driven deliverables for multiple vendors and/or distributed applications
Practical experience understanding the product, how it works today, what changes the business is seeking, then complete both manual functional and regression testing
Be able to effectively translate requirements into stories so developers can design code. Follow up on any outstanding questions requiring clarification
Experience coordinating and/or creating test plan, scripts and execute systems integrated and assist/support business with user acceptance testing
Strong verbal and written communications to lead and facilitate large scale meetings, keeping minutes, coordinate user acceptance testing, document risks, mitigating controls and remediation plans across many levels of management
Basic understanding of fiduciary trust, tax, and/or philanthropic business
Basic understanding of application security control standards relating to identity and access management, ethical hack penetration testing and disaster recovery.
Experience with JIRA, story writing, and familiarity with Agile methodology
