  • Utilize industry-leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions.
  • Integrate bot builds into business workflow by partnering with operation teams.
  • Communicate with and present bot demos to business subject matter experts to support successful delivery.
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running/building of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Participate in training to enhance skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices.The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst position is well suited for you if you:
    • Have a strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
    • Possess communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting/analytical skills.
    • Have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Have some knowledge of programming (.NET, Java, C#, ETL, etc.) and SQL.What you'll need:
      • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
