A company is looking for a Remote Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support incoming incidents and requests through various
communication channels
Provide top-tier customer support for all client users, including
senior management
Document interactions and assist in daily metrics and reporting
Required Qualifications
Experience with complex technical issues
Knowledge of IT-related systems or applications
Experience in customer service-related roles
Understanding of ITIL practices and ServiceNow is beneficial
High school diploma; degree in a related field or equivalent IT
service experience
