Position Details:
Title: Reliability Maintenance Technician
Location: White, GA
Shift: Monday through Thursday 10 shift - 12hr. 3-2-2-3 schedule - Monday through Friday 8hr
Compensation: $31-$40/hr depending on qualifications and experience and test score!

Position Description:
Company is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is critical in minimizing unplanned downtime by proactively detecting and addressing potential machine failures. The ideal candidate will utilize reliability equipment to monitor production machinery, analyze data, and coordinate necessary repairs. This position requires expertise in predictive maintenance technologies, data
analysis, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology to detect potential machine failures.
--- Analyze and interpret reliability data to predict and prevent equipment breakdowns.
--- Submit and track work orders in MP2 and collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule necessary repairs during planned downtime.
--- Use reliability devices to identify air, steam, and nitrogen leaks.
--- Perform routine maintenance, including filter changes, lubrication, and oil sampling for lab analysis.
--- Monitor equipment with noticeable issues and recommend immediate shutdowns when necessary to prevent catastrophic failure.

Requirements:
--- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years' experience working with reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
--- Hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to machine reliability.
--- Knowledge of predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies, including infrared thermography, vibration analysis, and ultrasonic detection.
--- Strong understanding of root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and preventative maintenance strategies.
