Job Description:
Genesis10 is seeking a MuleSoft Integration Architect for our
client in the financial services industry. This 10+ month contract
position is located in Dallas, TX. Open to remote.

W2 Hourly Pay rate range: $70-$100/hr
Description:
The MuleSoft Integration Architect will be responsible for creating
and owning overall strategic technical vision from an API
Integration perspective for all enterprise business initiatives,
leveraging software, hardware, and infrastructure, aligning IT
strategy with business goals. With strong technical skills, they
will collaborate and consult across cross functional teams
including Enterprise, Data and Solution architects, and
Stakeholders to develop blueprints, roadmap and best of breed
scalable integrations.
Responsibilities: Implement integration technology using MuleSoft
best practices and leading standards.
Architect integration solutions to internal and external systems
based on functional and technical requirements.
Apply concepts and patterns to the solution to build high
performing and secure integrations.
Optimize integration solutions knowing the influence of Integration
Architecture on Digital Channels
Creates, maintains, and owns overall strategic technical vision for
all business initiatives requiring internal and external systems
integrations, leveraging software, hardware, and infrastructure,
aligning IT strategy with business goals.
Provides recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions to
business problems while considering scalability, adaptability into
future solutions, possible project challenges on constraints
including, risks, time, resources, and scope.
Is the SME of all Enterprise Integrations and Governs changes to
the integrations.
Collaborates, Communicates and Consults across cross functional
teams and stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
Builds POCs and demonstrates to technical/business stakeholders to
validate the solutions.
Provides detailed specifications for proposed solutions including
testing requirements, defining clear goals for all aspects of a
project and manage their proper execution.
Collaborates, guides development teams and reviews their work to
implement POCs.
Coaches and mentors other team members within a fast-paced
environment
Recommends hardware/software required to support the
recommendations, assists with software product budgeting, and works
closely with IT professionals during the full SDLC.
Monitors processes, analyses performance after implementation,
recommends improvements, and keeps stakeholders updated and
informed on the progress.
Analyzes current technologies used within the company and
determines ways to improve.
Documents, shares best practices, advocates continuous process
improvements, provides technical leadership, coaching and technical
mentoring with larger development teams throughout the project
lifecycle; reviews and validates solutions and designs from other
team members.
Stays abreast of current and emerging trends, taking advantage of
new technologies, and proposes changes where appropriate,
articulating the benefits to partners and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently to evaluate and make strategic
decisions.
Complies with all company and departmental policies and
procedures.

Requirements: Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an

Education and/or Experience The knowledge, skills and abilities
typically acquired through the completion of an associate degree in
Computer Science or industry certifications.
5+ years experience implementing API Management solutions using
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
5+ years experience with Integration Architecture concepts and
patterns, including Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture,
Event Driven and Batch Integrations, RAML & RESTful JSON
services.
5+ years experience building integrations that connect with one or
more Cloud and on-premise SaaS solutions for CRM, e-Commerce, and
mobile.
5+ years experience with setting up and configuring AWS Cloud-based
Integration infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and
deployments/configurations.
5+ years experience leading technical teams, including MuleSoft
developers.
Must have MuleSoft Integration or Platform Architect
certification.
Integration experience to APIs such as defi Solutions, Insurance
and Payment APIs, SMS and Mail APIs, and Multi factor
authentication with expertise in Webservices using REST/SOAP/JSON/
XML.
Understanding of IT security, Infrastructure, and Governance.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication and leadership
skills.
Experience working in a SAFe, DevOps/CICD, and Agile/Scrum
development methodology.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or
related field.
Desired Skills: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering or related field.
Experience with Salesforce/MuleSoft integration with 100+ APIs
deployed in Auto Finance setting.
Experience building High Availability, Fault tolerant systems.
