Job Description:
A company is looking for a Maintenance System Agent /
Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls and perform data entry while following established
procedures
Communicate with team members for follow-up and exchange
TSA-related information
Work with limited supervision and ensure accuracy in data entry
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent with 4 years of related
experience
Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems, preferably Maximo
or similar
Experience in parts ordering processes and call handling
Must be a US citizen and able to pass a federal background
investigation
Strong and reliable internet connection required for remote
work
