Job Description:

A company is looking for a Desktop Support Consultant with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive desktop support for end-user devices and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with IT team members to implement system updates and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

Strong background in desktop support with hands-on troubleshooting experience
Proficiency in remote support tools and techniques
Experience with system updates, patches, and security measures
Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Familiarity with IT policies, procedures, and best practices
